I like to either start or finish baking on the bottom rack so that the potatoes get nice and crispy - but for the majority of the bake, it's the center rack for me. Play and experiment and have fun. It's ready in about 30-35 minutes depending upon how accurate your oven temperature is, your altitude, your attention, and your love. Go and eat some grounding potatoes today! Smooches...
