Hello hello, It’s *been a while* since I posted a little update. I am currently at the tail end of a little beach trip I booked to end my trip out West for Thanksgiving. I spent the week with family playing board games, putting together puzzles, **eating absolutely amazing food for breakfast lunch and dinner**, hiking in the snow, laughing more than usual, and catching up with people I love so much. Then I spent a week breathing in the very chilly ocean air, waking up and working with a palm tree and pelican view, going for walks on the beach at sunset in a scarf and gloves, *making delicious cozy comfort food each night* while watching **every** holiday romcom Netflix has to offer. It’s all been a very welcome break from my house, which as beautiful and luscious as it is, has become SUCH a **headache**. I naively thought I’d be on schedule with every renovation project, but I’m going to need to push my Fall projects into Winter and possibly my Winter projects into Spring. It’s overwhelming and not as rewarding as I’d hoped. Though, it will *of course* come together in time. In my experience, the journey is **usually** just as lovely as the outcome, so when I get back refreshed and renewed, I plan to cultivate that feeling and make more progress. I hope you’ve been having a beautiful holiday season so far. I’m replying to messages in only voice for today and tomorrow, so I’ll see you in my inbox with some personal replies.
