Expressing myself through hula hooping is one of my favorite outlets, it encourages me to be more present with my body. Movement is one of my favored versions of meditation, when I’m focused on dancing with my hoop I surrender to it completely & my mind is at ease. ✨🌱🌊💚🌿

One of my secret talents is playing with fire 🔥 😍 call me a pyro if you will (; I have been fire dancing & eating fire for over 7 years now.
