I paid her last Tuesday, and she had until Sunday, to send my mass DM out. originally, I had asked that she post it Friday, then I requested it be posted Thursday, instead. I asked her about it multiple times on multiple days, before finally requesting half of my money back. she did post a permanent shoutout for me, that she archived. which is why I did not request the full amount. I sent her my information three times. when asked the first time about if she could post my DM Thursday, she agreed, but did not send it out. when I followed up on the next day, she claimed she had been busy and requested that I send my information, *again.* she still did not post it. she claimed that she did send it out (to fans only), when asked yet again. she could not and did not provide any proof that it had been sent out. I told her today, that I no longer wanted the mass DM from her. I asked for half of my money back, which she also did not honor. when I asked her why I was receiving mass DMs promoting other creators, *if she only sent those to fans,* she ignored me. all of my messages were opened and read. after getting fed up, I told her to enjoy the money *(that she clearly wasn't giving back)* and told her I would be putting her on blast, as to warn other creators about her. you can send this to her, I really don't care.
