Finally something has gone well in my life, there was no damage to my teeth’s! Dentist think the pain I’ve had is from me brushing to hard. There was a dark spot on the back of my teeth that was stressing me out but apparently it was just miss-coloration on the glue that keeps my retainer in place. 😃 Super relieved to keep my streak of no cavities. Just have to get better at flossing 😅 as suspected I got a little lecture about it. Also need go to the dental hygienist to get my teeth’s cleaned because that wasn’t scheduled in this visit. But definitely good news 👍 Thank you again everyone your support on the latest post covered the dentist yesterday and hopefully the hygienist appointment too. 💖

I really screwed something up, badly for myself. I've basically caused one of my really big fears to happen and it was entirely my own doing. It was preventable if I had just dealt with it and not put it off for fear of the anxiety.
